IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Risk Disclosure
Project Anchor is research-workflow software. It does not guarantee profits, preserve capital or eliminate trading risk.
Market risk
Digital assets, equities, tokenized assets, derivatives and leveraged instruments can move rapidly. You may lose some or all capital and, in leveraged products, may owe more than the amount initially committed.
Free pilot and real trades
An invited tester is not charged for pilot access. If a tester independently trades in an external account, any profit or loss belongs solely to that tester. Free access does not make Anchor responsible for the decision or outcome, and Anchor does not receive a performance fee or share of profits.
Research and model risk
Market data, backtests, simulations, research summaries and AI-assisted outputs can be incomplete, delayed, biased or wrong. Historical and simulated results do not predict future performance. Market regimes, costs and liquidity can invalidate a conclusion.
Technology and third-party risk
Networks, exchanges, brokers, data providers, AI providers and payment systems can fail or become unavailable. Account credentials and access tokens may be compromised. No security control removes every risk.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for verifying information, understanding instruments, setting limits, protecting credentials outside Project Anchor and deciding whether an action is suitable. Never trade funds you cannot afford to lose.
No custody, advice or production execution
The initial paid product and free pilot do not take custody of customer funds, act as a discretionary asset manager, provide individualized investment advice, collect customer trading credentials or submit production orders. Any future execution capability would require separate terms, security controls, authorization and compliance review before release.
Seek independent advice
Consult qualified financial, legal and tax professionals where appropriate. If you do not understand a product or its risks, do not trade it.
