CONTROLLED RESEARCH TEMPLATE
xStocks wrapper review
A tokenized equity is not the underlying share. Project Anchor helps a reviewer document wrapper-specific evidence before a human decision; it does not determine eligibility, recommend a trade, connect an exchange account or submit an order.
What the template requires
- A current official venue or product-issuer source and a source cutoff time.
- The referenced stock or ETF, token issuer, backing structure and differences in holder rights.
- The intended venue or blockchain context and the trading hours that apply there.
- Current treatment of dividends, splits, other corporate actions and any multiplier mechanism.
- Liquidity, spread, market-hours and price-dislocation risks.
- Direct confirmation of current regional eligibility with the intended venue.
- Contradicting evidence, an invalidation condition and an independent loss limit kept outside Anchor.
Deterministic HOLD conditions
The template stays on HOLD when an official product source, wrapper evidence, venue context, corporate-action review, liquidity review, eligibility confirmation or holder-rights acknowledgement is missing. Passing means the record is complete enough for human review—not that the instrument is suitable or that a trade should occur.
Current reference documents
For Kraken xStocks, reviewers can begin with Kraken's official product guide and risk disclosure, then verify the latest venue-specific terms. Project Anchor is independent from Kraken and Backed, and a reference link is not an endorsement.
Execution boundary
The Pilot Lab stores the detailed case only in the tester's browser. If the tester independently decides to act, the transaction occurs outside Anchor in an account the tester controls. Anchor receives no credentials, order record, balance, monetary P&L or share of profit.
