LEGAL
Website and Service Terms
Effective August 8, 2026. These terms govern use of the Project Anchor pre-launch website only. The default preview does not offer paid access, create a subscription or accept payment. Final contracting-operator details, jurisdiction and a working service contact will be published before any customer is invited to pay.
1. Preview scope
Project Anchor presents research-organization, configurable-checklist and audit-history software under development. Preview features, availability and prices may change and are not an offer to provide a regulated financial service.
2. No advice or promised outcome
Website content is general product information, not personalized investment, legal or tax advice. Project Anchor does not guarantee profit, loss prevention, availability, strategy performance or any financial outcome.
3. Customer control
You remain responsible for every trading and investment decision. The initial paid service does not custody funds, collect customer trading credentials, or create, sign or submit production orders. Any future external account connection or execution capability would require separate product terms, security controls, explicit authorization and compliance review before release.
3A. Invited pilot
Invited pilot access is provided at no charge and does not create a paid subscription, performance fee or profit-sharing arrangement. A tester may independently place a trade only outside Project Anchor in an account the tester controls. Any profit or loss belongs to the tester, who remains solely responsible for the decision, order and outcome.
4. Eligibility and restricted use
You may use this website only where lawful. You may not probe or disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, evade sanctions or platform restrictions, submit another person's information without authority, or use Project Anchor for unlawful market activity.
5. Orders, fees and renewal
No public checkout is available in preview mode; displayed prices are planning information only. When paid access opens, an order is created only after you receive the final operator disclosures and service scope, affirmatively accept the applicable terms and complete a verified payment through the approved checkout. A recurring plan renews for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. Taxes and currency conversion may be added or handled by the payment provider where applicable.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a recurring plan before its next renewal through the available account or support channel. Unless law or the applicable order says otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the paid period ends. Refund eligibility, duplicate or unauthorized charges and delivery failures are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy, which preserves any mandatory consumer rights.
7. Account, access and licence
Paid access is a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the ordered software features during the paid period. You must keep account access secure, provide accurate information and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You may not resell access, bypass limits, scrape protected areas, reverse engineer except where law expressly permits, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.
8. Customer materials and product rights
You retain ownership of information and materials you submit. You permit Project Anchor and its providers to process them only as needed to operate, secure and improve the requested service and meet legal obligations. Project Anchor and its licensors retain all rights in the software, interface, documentation, workflow designs and other service materials, excluding customer materials.
9. Availability, changes and suspension
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, pause or be withdrawn for maintenance, security, legal, provider or product reasons. Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to prevent harm, investigate misuse, comply with law or protect the service. When practical, notice and a route to resolve the issue will be provided.
10. Third parties and market risk
Markets, networks, exchanges, brokers, data providers, AI services and payment providers can fail or provide incomplete information. Project Anchor is not responsible for a customer's trading decision or market outcome. The payment provider may act as merchant of record and will be identified before checkout. Review the Risk Disclosure before relying on any market-related material.
11. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Project Anchor disclaims implied warranties that cannot reasonably apply to research-stage software and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The final order will state the governing law and any service-specific limits before payment.
12. Contract formation and changes
No paid contract is created by viewing the site or submitting an inquiry. A paid contract begins only after the applicable terms and order are accepted and payment is verified. Material changes to an active subscription will be communicated before they take effect when required, and cancellation remains available before the next renewal.
